I’m currently the elected Deputy Chair of the Maungakiekie-Tamaki Local Board and Head of InZone Education Foundation. I’m committed to common sense, careful spending and disciplined decision-making at Council.
I’m an experienced local board member who stands up for our neighbourhood. I’ve lived here with my family for over 15 years and operated The Library Café (2007 – 2013). I’ll focus on cutting wasteful spending, prioritising core council services, delivering an accessible and integrated public transport system, and making our neighbourhood safer.
I’ll continue to take an active role to ensure infrastructure supports housing intensification, smart development of the town centre and wharf area, an integrated public transport hub and a sensible light rail route connecting Onehunga with the wharf and Mangere Bridge.
I offer experienced leadership and a strategic approach that is innovative, future-thinking and collaborative.
