Ray will be your advocate ensuring that CMDHB improves your accessibility to affordable and culturally-appropriate healthcare and mental health services. Ray will stand up for better government funding to solve Middlemore's building problems and challenges posed by a growing population.
With a Masters degree in Business, qualifications in Emergency and Disaster Management, and a Paramedic Degree, Ray has over 30 years' experience delivering complex business projects including the National Telehealth service and St John's IT services.
