Communities and Residents is encouraging voters in Auckland to get out and have their say in this year’s local elections.
Voting documents start arriving in mail boxes from today (Friday 20 September) and voters only have until midday on 12 October to make their vote count.
C&R President Kit Parkinson says voters have a clear choice this year between more of the same or real leadership with C&R.
“C&R has a strong, united team who have a plan to stop the Mayor’s higher rates agenda, manage the Council’s finances responsibly and fix Auckland Transport.”
“Only a vote for C&R will deliver better value for your rates.”
To make your vote count this election, post your voting paper in the provided pre-paid envelope no later than Monday, 7 October. You can also put your envelope in the ballot box at any Auckland Council library.
