Closing a lane for cycling will only make congestion worse and, as Waka Kotahi (NZTA) decided last year, it isn’t safe either.

The cycling fanatics are trying to push Waka Kotahi (NZTA) around by threatening legal action and a judicial review if they don’t get their way.

It’s time for the so far quiet majority, who need to drive to get around, to show Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and the pro-cycling councillors like Pippa Coom and Chris Darby that Aucklanders are demanding sanity on the Harbour Bridge.
