Margaret Voyce

Margaret is a current member of the Local Board, having the Environment and Water Quality Portfolios.  She was instrumental in establishing the Enviro Forum and advocating for water quality testing around Hobson Bay.   She has a strong working relationship with the Ōrākei, St Heliers /Glendowie, and Stonefields resident associations

Margaret brings a wealth of infrastructure knowledge/experience from the Telco industry and is motivated to improve Council Service Delivery (including CCO’s).  “We battle every day for better service for our residents”  

She believes that the best deliverable outcomes occur with teamwork coupled with achievable goals.

Margaret is an attentive listener, and an energetic advocate, with ‘outcome-focused’ objectives.  She has an authentic interest in the area, the residents who reside here, and in our natural environment.  She lives in Remuera.
